Tue, 3 November 2009 Right then, I've been meaning to do this for a while, but never had time. An unexpected day off, so had a drive down to the USA/Mexico border. It's about 70 miles south and quite a wild place. Lot's of border police with huge guns and quad bikes. GREAT! Got a bit lost and ended up in a pumpkin patch in the middle of nowhere but it all adds to the fun! I think I'll do this again sometime....woo hoo!Direct download: StumpyVodcast_16_-_The_Mexican_Bordercast.mp4 Category: podcasts -- posted at: 1:13 AM Comments[1] |
Sun, 1 November 2009 Sorry! It's been such a long time since I checked in last time! Corporate lifestyle you see, never enough time in the day anymore! - But anyway, moved now, about 50 miles down the west coast to Aliso Viejo in Orange County, which is nice. I also have a pool, a giant pool, so thought I would share it with you. Another lifestyle choice.Direct download: StumpyVodcast_15_Sunday_Morning_Poolcast.mp4 Category: Vidcast -- posted at: 11:50 AM Comments[0] |
Sat, 22 August 2009 It's been a long time! No podcasts in July at all, damn this work thing! So yeah, another installment of stuff to do on a Friday night. This time in San Pedro just over the Vincent Thomas Bridge from Long Beach. Mexican people singing karaoke, fried fish, cajun shrimp, and big bloody boats coming out of the port. It's a lifestyle choice.Direct download: StumpyVodcast_14_-_Friday_Night_Loveliness.mp4 Category: podcasts -- posted at: 5:53 PM Comments[0] |

Thu, 16 April 2009 Less of a vodcast, more of an "ooooh look at our holiday videos" - But as always very informative and educational for the traveler to this part of the world. So really this is an education video that can be shown in schools and stuff. Although I may have to cut out me shouting 'FUCK' a lot, mild tourettes you see. If you need to know any more, type 'Hoover Dam' on an old fashioned typewriter and see what happens. Prizes to be won for the correct amount of 4x4's counted crossing the dam. More soon.
